What you will do
- Manage and deliver professional services projects involving hirify.global product configuration and deployment.
- Lead and mentor a team of consultants and junior staff throughout project lifecycles.
- Engage customers in consultative roles, ensuring satisfaction and managing expectations.
- Oversee financial responsibilities including billing, budgeting, and contract compliance.
- Provide senior-level technical and business analysis, including process and data modeling.
- Coordinate interdepartmental activities and contribute to business case development.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Manila, Philippines with hybrid work model (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
- Bachelor’s degree in technical or business field; MBA preferred.
- 6+ years professional experience with 3-5 years management experience.
- Strong knowledge of contact center technologies, CRM, telecommunications, and analytics.
- Excellent English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
- Leadership and mentoring experience in consulting or professional services.
