What you will do
- Direct and manage project development and delivery from beginning to end, setting and managing expectations.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and customers.
- Develop project plans, diagrams, and communication documents.
- Estimate resources, negotiate staff allocation, and track deliverables.
- Proactively manage changes, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Build and grow business relationships vital to project success and secure customer sign-off upon completion.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in project management or a technically relevant occupation.
- PMI Certification mandatory (PMP certified).
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in call recording or telephony industry.
- Strong project management skills in planning and coordination for timely delivery.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
