What you will do

  • Attract, recruit, hire, and mentor the sales leadership team.
  • Manage a team of strategic front-line leaders and partner with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead by example, coach, and mentor teams to ensure consistent delivery against targets.
  • Analyze data to maximize successes and create new sales growth opportunities.
  • Deliver accurate forecasts for monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for assigned regions.
  • Define value propositions and sales strategies to maximize growth objectives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience building and running high impact sales teams in the software industry.
  • 3+ years’ experience as a third-line sales leader.
  • Previously led a $30M+ (minimum) ARR sales organization with 50%+ growth.
  • Relevant software industry experience in IT systems, cloud enterprise or infrastructure management, application development/management, security, business applications, and/or analytics.
  • Experience with subscription, SaaS, or Cloud software.
  • History of consistently meeting/exceeding targets and objectives personally and as a leader.
  • Must have the legal right to work in France without visa sponsorship.
