What you will do
- Architect, monitor, and maintain client technology network, cloud, and server infrastructure as a Field Network Engineer.
- Serve as a Technology Advisor to improve client environments with cybersecurity and cloud-based solutions.
- Manage multiple customer requests, smaller projects, and meetings while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide remote support and be flexible to work after business hours and weekends when required.
- Travel locally 1-2 days per week as needed.
Requirements
- Must have 2-3 years of experience in managed services or similar computer consulting field.
- Strong skills in networking, configuring and maintaining firewalls (SonicWall, Meraki), switches, and wireless access points.
- Experience with Microsoft M365 products focusing on messaging and security solutions.
- Ability to work remotely to solve most technical issues.
- Willingness to travel locally up to 20-30% and work onsite in Maumee, OH.
- Certifications in relevant technologies are highly considered.
Nice to have
- Experience with Sage 300 CRE, Sage 300 & 100, Linux, SAN Storage, Mobile deployments, FACTS, and Disaster Recovery.
