What you will do

• Monitor and respond urgently to active IT events and incidents.
• Provide direct customer support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Resolve issues related to network technologies, WebEx Contact Center, Microsoft, Citrix, and more.
• Ensure timely ticket resolution within SLAs and write knowledge base articles.
• Participate in planning and engineering infrastructure changes to improve client services.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States with ability to work flexible hours.
• Associate-level certification such as Network+ or CCNA or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Basic networking knowledge including IPV4, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, and security fundamentals.
• Experience with Windows and Linux server administration and monitoring/ticketing platforms.
• Strong customer service skills and professional communication abilities.
