What you will do

• Partner with Product, Customer Experience, Support, and Engineering stakeholders for end-to-end data analyses.
• Assist in defining, tracking, and reporting on core product and customer metrics using BI tools.
• Collaborate with data engineers and senior analysts to ensure data quality and reliability.
• Communicate insights clearly through dashboards and written summaries.
• Create and maintain clear documentation for dashboards, metrics, and data definitions.
• Demonstrate a proactive, growth-oriented mindset by identifying improvement opportunities and continuously developing expertise.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in an analytics, data, or related role.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to validate queries, metrics, and dashboards.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for documenting metrics and explaining analytical outputs.
• Curious, analytical, and proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning.
• Must be able to occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours due to time-zone differences.
