Location: Remote within Poland only

Salary: 181,000 zł - 261,000 zł per year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end analytics workflow including defining success, generating insights, and creating dashboards and reports
• Lead weekly metric reviews and perform deep-dives into key metrics with cross-functional partners
• Drive a data-driven culture and standardized understanding of business health
• Explore data proactively to find opportunities for growth and profitability improvements
• Formulate hypotheses and design well-structured experiments to address ambiguous problems

Requirements

• Must be located in Poland with ability to work remotely within the country
• 1-3 years experience in analytics, consulting, finance or related analytically-driven roles
• Strong knowledge of SQL and/or Python or R
• Practical and theoretical knowledge of A/B testing
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in quantitative fields like statistics, math, finance, or economics
