TL;DR

Product Manager (CX): Manages the full lifecycle of software products and solutions from ideation to launch, focusing on developing and prioritizing the product roadmap to align with customer and market needs. Location: Cochabamba, Bolivia. Hybrid model: 2 days per week at the office.

What you will do

• Drive product strategy and roadmap definition, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer feedback.
• Strive to be a subject matter expert in strategic focus areas, identifying opportunities to improve customer experience.
• Communicate product vision and requirements effectively to multi-functional teams for seamless launches.
• Engage daily with the development team, facilitating discussions and making data-driven decisions.
• Analyze competitors and market trends, prioritizing roadmap activities to address unmet needs.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on go-to-market strategies and ensure smooth product delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Proven track record of launching and managing complex SaaS products.
• Experience leading the end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) process.
• Familiarity with Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions.
• Knowledge of enterprise business processes and experience with AI, Workflow Management, and Business Process Automation.
• Strong understanding of Product Management principles, Agile Scrum, and UX-Centered Design.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, technology, or a related field.
