What you will do

• Own the overall strategy and roadmap for technology and customer-facing products.
• Provide thought leadership and strategic insight to your team and the organization.
• Lead and grow a team of Product Managers, mentoring and providing feedback.
• Drive Product Management practice and culture within the organization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Executives, Operations, and Legal stakeholders.
• Establish team objectives, structure, and oversee work assignments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Economics).
• At least 10 years of proven software Product Management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience leading other Product Managers.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (English).
• Experience using agile development methodologies with globally distributed teams.
• Ability to thrive as a world-class individual contributor in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company.

Nice to have

• Prior experience working as a Software Engineer.
• Knowledge of AI product development processes.
• Comfortable working with SQL or spreadsheets to analyze data and conducting user research.
