What you will do

• Own and lead full design cycles for features or a product area, translating requirements into clear, usable product features.
• Proactively explore and integrate AI and emerging technologies to shape the design approach.
• Design holistic systems, flows, and interfaces, understanding how to use design systems to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Use research and data insights to inform design decisions, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers.
• Contribute to the long-term product vision by identifying opportunities for re-invention and innovative user experiences.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of practical, in-house product, UX/UI design experience.
• Foundational design-related education or equivalent practical industry experience demonstrating a strong design mindset.
• Clear communication skills and solid visual design skills with attention to detail.
• Strong enthusiasm for leveraging emerging tools, especially AI, to enhance user experiences and elevate the design process.
• Experience designing interconnected, cross-platform experiences that span mobile and desktop applications.
• Demonstrated capability in designing LLM-based interactions, multi-turn chat flows, or desktop AI tools.
• Fluency in written and spoken English for effective global collaboration is required.
