Requirements

• Location: Based in or near Berlin with hybrid work (~4 days in office)
• 3+ years experience designing complex web applications with a strong portfolio
• Ownership of UI/UX for developer-focused products
• Strong understanding of best-in-class UI/UX principles
• Excited about open source software and developer tools
• Hardworking and thrives in a small, accountable team

Nice to have

• Experience with ML/AI
• Previous startup or founding experience
• Impressive achievements from previous careers or side projects
