What you will do

• Lead and participate in user research to uncover insights and identify product opportunities.
• Create and iterate on customer journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to continuously optimize products based on user feedback and business impact.
• Define clear, scalable, and accessible patterns to support a consistent UX.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers throughout the product lifecycle.
• Advocate for user-centred design, ensuring coherence, simplicity, and safety in experiences.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or Interaction Designer in an agile environment.
• Strong conceptual and interaction design skills to turn complex systems into simple interfaces.
• A keen eye for visual design and experience working with design systems.
• Hands-on experience with user research and usability testing.
• Ability to balance user needs, product vision, and technical constraints.
• Fluency in English and German required for collaboration and user interviews.
