What you will do

• Develop concepts and business cases for marketing campaigns to elevate and scale the Interior Design Service.
• Lead and execute marketing initiatives across various channels, independently owning workstreams and ensuring seamless delivery.
• Monitor performance, analyze key metrics, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for optimisation.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with marketing channels, creative teams, and the Interior Design Service team.
• Leverage AI tools to support ideation, data analysis, performance optimization, and the development of scalable marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• A degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
• Initial professional experience in marketing, e-commerce, brand management, or a related area (internships or junior roles).
• Near native level German skills and excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical thinking, quick comprehension, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
• Openness to using AI tools in daily work and experience with project management tools (e.g. Asana) is a plus.
