What you will do

• Manage and resolve escalated technical support tickets through their full lifecycle.
• Analyze problems, reproduce errors, and suggest improvements for internal system developers.
• Configure systems, maintain data, and provide technical guidance to customers.
• Monitor and evaluate SLA compliance for support tickets.
• Document solutions and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate communication and prioritization during high-impact incidents.

Requirements

• 3 years of relevant experience in technical support.
• Education in IT or a similar field of study.
• English language B2 level required.
• Experience with ticketing systems and documentation tools.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Bratislava, Slovakia.
