What you will do

• Design and ship production-grade LLM systems and platform capabilities impacting millions of users.
• Own end-to-end AI engineering processes from rapid experimentation to production deployment.
• Collaborate with technical teams and run technical sessions to solve cross-cutting business challenges.
• Accelerate generative AI use cases across customer experience, online, fulfilment, and other domains.
• Make well-reasoned technical decisions balancing innovation and real-world constraints.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work based in Welwyn Garden City, UK
• Proven experience building and deploying machine learning systems beyond prototypes.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, AI engineering design patterns, and challenges.
• Hands-on experience with Python, NLP, ML engineering tools, system design, backend APIs, and DevOps.
• Familiarity with LLM frameworks such as LangGraph and LangChain.
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
