What you will do

• Architect and deploy autonomous voice and digital agents handling over 10 million monthly customer interactions.
• Own end-to-end ML agent systems including core models and multi-channel orchestration.
• Build solutions that operate reliably in low-connectivity and multilingual environments.
• Drive ownership from problem discovery through production deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to prioritize impactful customer solutions.

Requirements

• Must have 5 years of ML experience with strong Python and ML libraries proficiency.
• Solid theoretical foundation in statistics and machine learning.
• Experience with voice agents and building LLM or NLP systems including prompt engineering and fine-tuning.
• Proven ability to productionize ML models focusing on reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Fluent English required, bilingual French is a strong plus.
• Must be based in or eligible to work remotely from specified countries.

Nice to have

• Experience with large datasets, complex ML pipelines, distributed training, feature stores, and monitoring.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and designing end-to-end ML systems without detailed requirements.
