What you will do

• Develop and implement product strategy, translating customer requirements and strategic goals into actionable concepts.
• Serve as the central point of contact for stakeholders and team members, ensuring transparent communication.
• Design, define, and refine user stories together with the development team.
• Prioritize user stories and bugs in the product backlog to increase business value.
• Drive innovation by developing, promoting, and successfully implementing new ideas and approaches.
• Make data-driven decisions using detailed analyses, user tests, and benchmarks for product development.

Requirements

• Skilled at stakeholder management, capable of prioritizing needs while developing the product vision.
• Proven track record in successfully developing and implementing long-term product strategies with measurable results.
• Ability to coordinate, inspire, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
• In-depth knowledge of agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Good understanding of modern technologies, architectures, and collaboration with technical teams.
• Experience with KPIs and performance measurement to continuously improve products.
• Experience in analyzing customer needs and market trends, translating them into innovative solutions.
• Strong ownership mentality and commitment to product success.
• Familiarity with common product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Miro.
• Comfortable working in international teams and interculturally savvy.
