What you will do

• Collaborate closely with Product Designers, Software Engineers, and stakeholders to balance internal and external customer needs.
• Identify opportunities through user research, market analysis, and customer insights to contribute to solution ideation and delivery.
• Define and maintain a clear, outcome-oriented product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Set up tracking and monitoring of key success metrics to inform product decisions.
• Prioritize backlog items ensuring alignment between platform needs and customer value.
• Deliver training sessions, presentations, and workshops to internal teams and external customers.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Lisbon or able to work onsite
• Proven experience in product vision, strategy, and roadmap development.
• Ability to translate complex problems into actionable product backlog items.
• Strong collaboration skills with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)

Nice to have

• Experience with Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Security, and IoT technologies.
