Customer Success Manager (Saas): Manage and grow strategic enterprise customer accounts by driving adoption and value realization of hirify.global's platform with an accent on stakeholder engagement and strategic planning. Focus on executing customer journeys, managing renewals, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure long-term customer success and satisfaction.

Location: Based in London office with a hybrid schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in-office; Wednesday and Friday remote)

Salary: £104,000 - €118,400 base range

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior and C-Level stakeholders as a trusted advisor in collaborative work management
  • Create and execute Success Plans aligned with customer strategic goals and success metrics
  • Manage all phases of the customer journey including deployment, change management, business reviews, and roadmap consultations
  • Collaborate with Sales on account plans, renewals, and expansion opportunities
  • Build internal Champion Networks to foster customer advocacy and testimonials
  • Analyze customer usage data to identify trends, risks, and drive targeted engagement campaigns

Requirements

  • Must be based in London or able to work hybrid from the London office
  • 5+ years experience in SaaS Customer Success or Account Management managing large enterprise accounts
  • Proven ability to engage C-Suite executives and influence without direct authority
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with experience driving adoption and value realization
  • Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn and leverage AI tools and emerging technologies
