What you will do

• Act as primary IT partner for business process owners in Consolidation, Intercompany, and Finance.
• Lead workshops to capture needs, identify pain points, and align demands with the Oracle Fusion Core Model.
• Translate requirements into clear, testable functional specifications and review integrator designs.
• Support UAT, release readiness, and change delivery including impact assessment and defect triage.
• Ensure solutions comply with SOX, audit, tax, and governance standards.
• Promote standardization, automation, and continuous improvement leveraging Redwood UX/AI and quarterly releases.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years experience in ERP/EPM functional analysis or business process consulting.
• Strong understanding of Consolidation processes including Intercompany management.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM platforms.
• Solid accounting and compliance knowledge (SOX, audit, tax).
• Fluent English required.
• Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.

Nice to have

• Multi-GAAP/multinational experience.
• Exposure to BI/reporting tools like Oracle Analytics and Power BI.
• Familiarity with Redwood UX and quarterly release cycles.
• Experience with integration (OIC, API, middleware) or data migration.
• Knowledge of Agile/hybrid delivery tools (JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow).
