What you will do

• Own benefits management and track deliverables throughout execution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to define requirements across Sales & Operations
• Lead solution design and evaluation within a complex SAP landscape, prioritizing business demands
• Challenge business requirements to ensure optimal value from SAP and non-SAP IT solutions
• Present solution proposals and estimates to IT leadership and business owners
• Ensure compliance with solution governance and architecture standards
• Enforce adherence to IT processes, policies, and SAP best practices
• Drive continuous improvement with a strong business mindset in a dynamic SAP environment

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Germany
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Science, or related field
• Extensive experience in SAP consulting or comparable enterprise software with deep expertise in Sales & Distribution
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Sales and Order-to-Cash processes in SAP and non-SAP environments
• Experience with SAP implementations, rollouts, and governance models in complex landscapes
• Business-fluent English required; German language skills preferred

• Experience in Logistics Execution and Inventory Management
• Experience integrating SAP with non-SAP sales, CRM, and B2B platforms
