What you will do

• Participate in S/4Hana assessments and develop SAP value opportunities and implementation roadmaps.
• Lead design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance aligned with business needs.
• Build trusted relationships with finance executives and provide strategic SAP finance advice.
• Serve as overall program finance lead ensuring successful SAP S/4HANA Finance and controlling implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP Finance with other SAP modules and external systems.
• Lead and mentor finance teams and junior consultants to ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Oslo or Stavanger
• Minimum 10 years of experience as an SAP S/4HANA consultant with proven finance solution architecture track record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interaction.
• Deep understanding of financial processes and SAP alignment with business objectives.
• SAP certification in SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.
