TL;DR

Sap Analyst (ERP): Develop and deploy an audit framework for SAP, ensuring compliance and effective controls within SAP systems. With an accent on SAP S/4HANA lifecycle implementation and audit documentation. Focus on assessing SAP controls, supporting internal and external audits, and collaborating with IT and business teams to maintain regulatory alignment.

Location: Fully Remote or Hybrid if Local – Buffalo, NY, must be based in the United States

Salary: $100,000–$140,000 annually

What you will do

  • Develop and deploy SAP audit framework and documentation.
  • Assess design and effectiveness of SAP controls including SoD and change management.
  • Support internal and external SAP audit requests and evidence provision.
  • Collaborate with internal audit, IT, and business process owners to ensure compliance.
  • Document audit procedures, findings, and remediation plans clearly.
  • Monitor risks and provide regular updates on audit outcomes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States with no U.S. sponsorship provided.
  • Bachelor’s degree in technology or related field.
  • Over 1 year of SAP S/4 experience including lifecycle implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA as functional, data, or security analyst.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to various SAP modules (S/4HANA, ECC, Business Suite).
  • Relevant SAP certifications or coursework.
