What you will do
- Manage global application support for SAP FI/CO and ancillary ERP systems including ServiceNow ticket and change request handling.
- Plan, implement, and report on minor, pre-approved, and emergency changes.
- Track changes and development efforts with timelines across systems.
- Act as Change Manager approving change requests and ensuring proper documentation.
- Facilitate communication between key users and third-party support providers and moderate SAP Key User meetings.
- Support SLA report creation and take action during escalations of unresolved incidents or changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT or computer science related field.
- Profound experience and expertise in SAP Service Management, specifically SAP FI/CO modules.
- Excellent English language skills in spoken and written form.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively.
- Experience with CRM or BI applications and ancillary systems (FIS, Ariba, Fiori, Paymetrics, Vertex) is a plus.
