What you will do

• Lead financial strategy, business planning, and financial modeling to support growth and fundraising.
• Leverage AI to automate financial analyses and track net margin in real time.
• Manage multi-currency cash flow and negotiate costs with suppliers, banks, and partners.
• Oversee and challenge a network of 12 external accounting firms worldwide.
• Directly manage a multidisciplinary team in Accounting, Legal, and HR departments.
• Ensure HR and Legal functions align with business strategy and minimize risk.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Barcelona, Spain
• Languages: Trilingual French, English, and Spanish (non-negotiable)
• Minimum 3 years experience in Audit (Big 4), Strategy Consulting, M&A, or scale-up key roles.
• Expertise in business planning, financial modeling, and negotiation.
• Dynamic, proactive, and tech-savvy with passion for AI.
