What you will do

• Prepare financial performance reports with variance analysis and commentary for senior management.
• Monitor budgets and provide insightful reports to department leaders.
• Enhance financial reporting frameworks and streamline reporting/budgeting processes.
• Ensure financial models and reports are accurate and reflect business processes.
• Utilize business intelligence tools to provide actionable insights into business performance.
• Analyze trends in key performance indicators and assist in the budgeting and planning process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative field.
• Confident communication in English, both written and spoken.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling.
• Proven ability to extract and manipulate data using SQL (basic to intermediate queries).
• Maximum 2 years of professional experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or a related data-heavy finance role.
• Hands-on experience with Data Transformation tools like Power Query or Alteryx.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Business Intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for data visualization and dashboard development.
