What you will do

• Manage digital asset and fiat trade settlement and reconciliation.
• Track treasury and liaise with trading and finance teams on asset balances.
• Rebalance assets and whitelist crypto addresses across multiple CEXs and DEXs.
• Manage and add new banking beneficiaries and support fiat transfers/settlements.
• Monitor and project manage internal operations ticketing processes.
• Help enhance the collection, documentation, and organizing of external counterparty trade data.

Requirements

• 3+ years of prior trading and/or trading operations experience, with a strong preference for crypto assets.
• Experience working in a crypto or TradFi banking environment, managing multiple currencies and money transfers/wires with clearing/settlement within cutoff times.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Finance, Economics, Engineering, Accounting).
• Fluent in English.
• Strong Excel skills for reconciliation, tracking, and presenting asset treasury and balances.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Python and SQL languages.
• Experience with querying database trade data and generating reports and dashboards.
