What you will do

• Architect and evolve the AI agent platform ensuring scalability, resilience, and high availability.
• Design and implement monitoring and observability strategies using tools like Datadog and Grafana.
• Collaborate across teams to integrate AI-driven features into the customer support ecosystem.
• Optimize system performance and resource usage to build cost-effective solutions.
• Contribute to strategic decisions on system design and long-term scalability.
• Mentor junior engineers and help shape engineering culture.

Requirements

• Location: Lisbon with hybrid work format
• 4+ years experience building scalable web applications.
• Expertise in system design, microservices, cloud-native and event-driven architecture.
• Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React, and cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools like Datadog, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry.
• Proven ownership of large-scale projects from design to deployment.
