What you will do

  • Build hirify.global’s B2B marketing architecture, ensuring connectivity and measurement across inbound, outbound, and partner channels.
  • Capture and measure all touchpoints of the prosumer journey from awareness to trial to paid user.
  • Manage campaign operational setup and tracking with checks across email, paid channels, and events in Hubspot.
  • Build and optimize HubSpot workflows, lead routing, scoring logic, and integrations with other MarTech tools.
  • Build and update dashboards and reports measuring campaign impact and funnel performance.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent data.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in Marketing Ops in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong automation experience with tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, Workato, Clay, and HubSpot.
  • Deep CRM expertise, including object architecture, reporting, deal stages, workflows, and integrations.
  • Experience enabling GTM processes across Marketing, Sales, and/or Customer Success.
  • Ability to translate messy processes into clean, scalable system logic.
  • Experience with chatbots / AI agents, scripting, and builder tools (ideally hirify.global).
  • A product mindset—you think in terms of usability, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
  • Capability to demonstrate radical ownership over multi-week, multi-month implementation projects.
