What you will do

• Maintain and optimize legal tooling ecosystem, focusing on CLM (Ironclad) and AI tools.
• Serve as primary administrator for Ironclad, managing workflows, templates, and integrations including Salesforce.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable technology-driven solutions.
• Design streamlined legal processes and build systems for tracking key performance metrics.
• Partner with legal leadership and cross-functional teams on scalable systems design and project management.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years experience in legal operations or legal technology management in a high-growth tech company.
• Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience administering Ironclad and implementing AI tools or automation in legal contexts.
• Ability to translate operational problems into scalable technology and process solutions.
• Clear and empathetic communication skills to guide teams through change.
• Location: Must be based in or authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in a fast-scaling SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with commercial, privacy, product counseling, or corporate governance legal workflows.
• Experience implementing AI tools or automation in legal contexts.
