What you will do

• Effectively manage complex implementation projects from inception to completion for LLC and PE-backed customers.
• Understand and represent complex equity structures on the hirify.global platform.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster meaningful relationships with clients.
• Manage complex datasets with high integrity and train clients on hirify.global LLC Software.
• Identify, recommend, test, and implement operational procedure improvements to drive product improvement.
• Serve as a technical product expert and collaborate with Engineering and Product teams when necessary.

Requirements

• 3+ years of finance or accounting experience.
• Familiarity with complex capital structures.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with C-Suite clients with a high degree of empathy and confidentiality.
• Strong project management skills and a high level of organization.
• Proficient in Excel and have experience with CRMs (preferably Salesforce).
• Experience learning new technologies, platforms, and systems.
