Location: This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most hirify.globals have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner.
Salary: $185,000–$210,000

What you will do
- Partner with Renewals, CX, and RevOps leadership to ensure timely and efficient contract renewals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and resolve systematic opportunities and risks in the renewal process.
- Lead and optimize the Renewals ecosystem of tools, processes, and enablement with Enterprise Technology partners.
- Develop and maintain operational documentation covering deal execution, forecasting, and assignments.
- Analyze renewal data, build telemetry, and support the team in deal execution and data updates.
- Lead projects and initiatives to improve productivity and simplify processes within the Renewals organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 5+ years of proven experience in Renewal Operations or a similar role within a B2B SaaS company.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and report/dashboard design.
- Experience with CRM software (ideally Salesforce and CPQ) and other customer success tools.
- Experience developing requirements and partnering with Technology teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies.
