What you will do

• Shape and deliver solution architecture that achieves strategic objectives across platforms and innovation labs, focusing on building microservices.
• Lead complex design initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, engineering teams, and Enterprise Architects to enable rapid delivery.
• Champion guidelines in compliance, quality assurance, and change management.
• Develop and/or deliver parts of a planning system with mentorship from senior colleagues.
• Deliver outcomes by managing others and working within established systems.

Requirements

• Architecture and engineering experience, specifically in designing microservice and cloud-based solutions.
• Previous hands-on engineering experience (e.g., software development).
• Experience architecting modern ecosystems to support the transformation of monolithic applications.
• Relationship and collaborator skills to energise product and engineering communities.
• Practical, hands-on experience required for defining the patterns, standards and practices guiding the engineering community.
• English: B2 required
