What you will do

• Define technical vision and architecture for BizOps systems, AI models, and integrations
• Lead and mentor the Integration Development Team and guide multiple development squads
• Create scalable blueprints and frameworks for APIs, data pipelines, automation, and AI-driven processes
• Oversee system integrations lifecycle ensuring reliability, performance, and security
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Data Engineers, and Product teams
• Establish development standards, code quality, and compliance with security and monitoring frameworks

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical architecture or system integration
• Proven experience with AI/LLM development including RAG, prompt orchestration, and latency optimization
• Experience leading technical teams or development squads
• Strong skills in API design, data pipelines, cloud integration platforms, and security best practices
• Fluent English (written and verbal)
• Hands-on experience with modern development frameworks, BI and analytics tools

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Knowledge of MuleSoft or similar integration platforms
• Familiarity with cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience with AI agents, orchestration frameworks, and business process automation
