What you will do

• Lead initiatives to build custom full-stack solutions integrating healthcare data and platform capabilities.
• Act as a technical subject matter expert partnering directly with customers to resolve complex issues.
• Serve as liaison between customers and engineering teams to shape product roadmap based on feedback.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Manage and deliver key projects advancing technical and data services to market.
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to develop technical requirements and roadmaps.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States (open to all US locations).
• Strong full-stack technical skills with proficiency in Python or equivalent.
• Experience building scalable, privacy-preserving database solutions and API-driven engineering.
• Deep expertise in healthcare software and data technologies.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and leverage AI tools to enhance productivity.
