What you will do

• Design and execute crucial software projects in collaboration with a team of engineers from conception to operation.
• Provide guidance and mentorship for junior team members.
• Collaborate with Technical Program Managers, Product Managers, and GTM teams to implement and iterate on customer requests.
• Raise engineering standards by sharing knowledge and engaging in professional development.
• Contribute to the team's work immediately within the first two weeks.

Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
• 3+ years of industry experience designing and building fullstack software applications.
• Expertise in React, Redux, JS/Typescript.
• Intermediate+ skills in Python and/or Go.
• Experience building features and components from scratch, balancing development with operational tasks.
• Experience working with distributed teams, proficient in asynchronous and written communication.
• Growth-driven and able to leverage AI Developer tools like Copilot, Claude, or Cursor.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AWS, K8s, Django, Postgres/MySQL, Prometheus.
• Experience working with LLM-powered tools and AI assistants.
• Knowledge of containerization and distributed systems.
