What you will do

• Support strategic budgeting and planning for marketing investments across channels and countries.
• Develop performance reports and leadership presentations on marketing results.
• Manage day-to-day performance reporting and provide recommendations for budget allocation.
• Build ad-hoc analyses and identify optimization opportunities across the marketing funnel.
• Partner with Analytics, Data Science, and Finance to build forecasting and bidding models.
• Guide testing and experimentation initiatives to improve forecasting and performance tracking.

Requirements

• Must have a valid EU visa/passport.
• 3-5 years experience in performance marketing, analytics, and finance.
• Strong Excel modeling and competence with BI and analytics tools.
• Advanced data skills such as SQL and Python preferred.
• Experience with ROAS, LTV:CAC frameworks, attribution models, and media mix modeling.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills tailored to executive and cross-functional audiences.
