What you will do

• Partner across areas to establish top-level KPIs and dashboards for the documentation function.
• Guide the instrumentation of product data in collaboration with Product Managers, Product Design, and Engineering teams.
• Play a key role in implementing product analytics tooling like RudderStack and BigQuery.
• Develop dbt models to transform and test growth data in partnership with the Analytics Engineering team.

Requirements

• Ability to partner across organizations and familiarity with typical product KPIs and frameworks (DAU/MAU, funnels, A/B testing).
• Can write complex yet efficient SQL.
• Experience using tools such as Tableau, Looker, Mode, Hex, or Grafana.
• Proficiency with dbt models and product analytics tooling like Heap, Pendo, Amplitude, or FullStory.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form.
• Must be based in Spain.

Nice to have

• Knowledge about observability.
• Familiarity with Airflow or Prefect and generating ETL jobs.
• Experience with measuring documentation as it relates to user success and business impact.
