What you will do

• Design, develop, and test software systems using Python or Kotlin
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle
• Drive solutions for project, process, technology, or business issues
• Set and maintain code review and design standards
• Lead architectural decisions and project implementation
• Mentor less-experienced team members and provide technical guidance

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States with ability to work remotely
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 3+ years experience
• Proficiency in Python or Kotlin and experience with OLTP/OLAP databases (SQL, NoSQL)
• Experience architecting and maintaining complex distributed systems
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and modern testing frameworks
• Strong debugging skills using data and stack trace analysis
