What you will do
- Conduct client research and gather detailed requirements with Sales team collaboration.
- Lead discovery and requirements analysis to understand business needs and develop best practice processes.
- Document requirements, create Jira tickets, and collaborate on gap analysis with Dynamics experts.
- Create business process specifications, user stories, and test criteria leveraging templates and AI.
- Mentor newer Business Analysts and maintain accurate task tracking and billability.
- Support Product team with documentation for product enhancements.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States and available for occasional travel to client sites in Florida.
- 1+ years experience with Associations, Non-Profits, or member-based organizations.
- 3+ years experience in AMS/CRM documentation and discovery engagements.
- Solid understanding of AMS/CRM functionality including Membership, Chapter, Event, Certification, Financial Management, and E-Commerce.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Availability to work 8am – 6pm ET and be on camera for client meetings.
