What you will do

• Facilitate technical discussions between product and business teams to assess feature feasibility.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical documentation aligned with development and QA.
• Support QA teams by drafting test plans and assisting in quality assurance activities.
• Prepare and deliver clear technical documentation and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with developers and QA to clarify technical specifications and ensure successful implementation.
• Conduct risk assessments, impact analysis, and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Iasi (Romania) or Madrid/Palma (Spain)
• Proven experience in a technical IT role with strong understanding of system architecture and code.
• Hands-on experience with programming/scripting and proficiency in SQL or similar technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications and supporting QA processes.
• A collaborative mindset and proactive attitude towards continuous learning and process improvement.
