Senior MLOps Engineer

TL;DR

Senior MLOps Engineer (AI Engineering): Develop and maintain scalable, secure MLOps pipelines and services for hirify.global's research platforms with an accent on GenAI, NLP, and RAG systems. Focus on designing and optimizing ML workflows, CI/CD for ML, and integrating large language models with search and recommendation engines.

What you will do

• Automate and orchestrate ML workflows across cloud and AI platforms (AWS, Azure, Databricks, OpenAI APIs).
• Maintain model registries and artifact stores ensuring reproducibility and governance.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for ML including automated data validation, testing, and deployment.
• Design and implement GAR+RAG systems components and manage prompt libraries and guardrails for LLMs.
• Build evaluation pipelines for IR and LLM quality metrics and optimize infrastructure costs.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and operations engineers to translate business problems into data science solutions.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Amsterdam, Netherlands
• 4+ years experience in ML Engineering, MLOps platforms, and production ML or search/GenAI systems.
• Strong Python skills; Java and/or Scala are a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google) and MLOps tools (SageMaker, MLflow, Azure ML).
• Knowledge of search/vector/graph technologies (Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, Solr, Neo4j).
• Experience evaluating LLM models and familiarity with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, PySpark).
