Senior MLOps Engineer

TL;DR

ML Engineer (AI): Building and maintaining ML/GenAI systems for hirify.global's research platforms, focusing on automating ML workflows, optimizing infrastructure costs, and staying current with GAI research. Focus on designing and implementing GAR+RAG systems and ML pipelines for search, recommendation, and knowledge graph retrieval.

What you will do

• Automate and orchestrate machine learning workflows across cloud and AI platforms like AWS, Azure, and Databricks.
• Maintain model registries and artifact stores to ensure reproducibility and governance.
• Develop and manage CI/CD for ML, including automated data validation, model testing, and deployment.
• Design and implement the engineering components of GAR+RAG systems, managing prompt libraries and structured output for LLMs.
• Build evaluation pipelines: offline IR metrics, LLM quality metrics, and A/B testing.
• Optimize infrastructure costs through monitoring, scaling strategies, and efficient resource utilization.

Requirements

• 4+ years in ML Engineering, MLOps platforms, shipping ML or search/GenAI systems to production.
• Strong Python; Java, and/or Scala experience will be considered a plus.
• Experience with statistical analysis, machine learning theory and natural language processing.
• Hands-on experience with major cloud vendor solutions (AWS, Azure and/or Google).
• Experience in evaluating LLM models.
• Familiarity with ML frameworks, e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, PySpark.
