What you will do

• Define vision and strategy for Vertical Knowledge Agents combining structured data, licensed content, and AI grounding.
• Influence product direction including agent architecture, ranking frameworks, and multimodal UX experiences.
• Partner with AI Research, Design, and Engineering to develop and ship proactive, agentic experiences.
• Establish evaluation metrics balancing accuracy, user satisfaction, and business growth.
• Scale experiences across multiple surfaces like Copilot, MSN, and Bing.
• Champion Responsible AI ensuring transparency, fairness, and quality in generative experiences.

Requirements

• Must be based in or near Redmond, United States with hybrid work expectations
• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years experience in product management or software development (12+ preferred).
• Proven success building data-driven or AI-powered products at scale.
• Technical fluency with LLM evaluation loops and Responsible AI practices.
• Domain experience in Finance, News, or similar structured content domains.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and multi-surface product delivery experience.
