What you will do

• Own and lead an AI transformation pod partnering with go-to-market functions
• Identify and validate high-impact AI transformation opportunities with business leaders
• Define product requirements and roadmaps for AI-native solutions
• Leverage AI-enabled developer tools to rapidly develop and iterate solutions
• Manage full product lifecycle from conception to deployment and measure impact
• Present updates to executive leadership and evangelize initiatives

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the USA for remote work
• Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields
• Product management experience with AI product expertise and software engineering background
• Strong understanding of LLMs, agents, and modern AI capabilities
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills at executive level and ability to engage C-suite
• Proficient in at least one programming language (Python preferred) and experience with AI tools

Nice to have

• Experience at enterprise software companies or startups
• Research assistant roles in AI/ML labs, hackathon participation, open source contributions
