What you will do
- Develop and optimize scalable processes for the entire product development lifecycle.
- Establish and maintain a predictable rhythm for product releases and strategic planning.
- Streamline communication channels between product, engineering, design, and commercial teams.
- Partner with data science to build and maintain dashboards to monitor product health and performance.
- Serve as the central point of contact for operational inquiries related to the product portfolio.
- Communicate product roadmap updates, launch timelines, and performance insights to the wider organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field AND 8+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of product operations experience that includes product development lifecycle experience.
- 5+ years of experience with product roadmap management and strategic planning for product releases.
Nice to have
- Master’s Degree in a relevant field AND 12+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles, or equivalent experience.
- Consistent history of working directly with product, engineering, and go-to-market (GTM) leadership managing multiple complex, large-scale product launches simultaneously.
