What you will do

• Own strategy and evolve the 12-month roadmap for a complex, high-impact product line.
• Translate security pain into product outcomes by running design partnerships and structured feedback programs.
• Drive from problem framing to signed-off PRDs, ship high-quality features quickly, and measure adoption.
• Leverage AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, v0, and Figma for rapid prototyping and insights.
• Champion simplicity by turning complex technical concepts into clear value for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Manage and hire 1–2 Product Managers, contributing to the growth of product management craft.

Requirements

• 7+ years in B2B SaaS product management with a track record of owning enterprise SaaS strategy.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Mastery of end-to-end product definition and execution, including problem framing, prioritization, and launch.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) and rapid prototyping tools (v0, Figma).
• Strong product instincts with a high bar for design and UX, translating complexity into intuitive experiences.

Nice to have

• Background in cybersecurity or IT infrastructure, including familiarity with M365/Google Workspace or cloud security.
• Experience enabling sales and working in customer-facing roles.
• Strong analytical skills, including SQL, and experience measuring product impact.
• Success in high-growth environments/startups and experience introducing AI-assisted workflows.
