What you will do
- Define and manage global campaign briefing, localization, approval, production, and launch processes across markets.
- Establish scalable systems, planning rhythms, and cross-functional norms to enable fast and quality marketing operations.
- Build and support international marketing teams, agencies, and partners over time.
- Bring order to complex creative workflows and enable product, design, and creative teams to move quickly without losing quality.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in London, UK (onsite)
- 8–12 years of experience in marketing operations, creative operations, or international marketing operations.
- Deep experience with global-to-local workflows, localization, and transcreation.
- Strong understanding of creative, design, and marketing development lifecycles in multi-market contexts.
- Proven ability to build scalable operating models and workflows for localization and transcreation.
- Comfortable working across time zones and cultures with strong communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with localization tooling and AI-assisted localization workflows.
- Zero-to-one experience launching new products or building functions from scratch.
