What you will do

• Perform deep market, customer, industry analyst, and news analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and trends.
• Lead global competitive intelligence and create impactful competitor battlecards and newsletters for sales enablement.
• Capture and synthesize customer feedback, product analytics, and win/loss insights to influence product and go-to-market strategies.
• Undertake market research projects and support ad-hoc research requests to drive business growth.
• Partner with global and regional stakeholders to understand business needs and develop recommendations.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• Experience in market research, competitive intelligence, or product marketing within B2B technology or SaaS.
• Experience working with primary and secondary data, applying advanced analytics or AI tools.
• Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for stakeholders of all seniority levels.
• Proactive, analytical, and excellent attention to detail.
