What you will do

• Build scalable sales enablement content including pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive battlecards, ROI calculators, and executive briefings
• Partner with Sales Enablement to develop training materials, playbooks, and certification programs
• Create executive-level storytelling assets communicating clinical outcomes and business impact
• Maintain content governance standards ensuring brand consistency, clinical accuracy, and compliance
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate complex product capabilities into compelling narratives
• Track content performance and optimize assets based on sales feedback

Requirements

• Must have active US work authorization and be located in the United States
• 5+ years in sales enablement, content marketing, or product marketing with 3+ years in healthcare or enterprise software
• Experience supporting complex B2B enterprise sales cycles in healthcare or HR technology
• Strong content creation and storytelling skills for executive audiences
• Analytical mindset to measure and optimize content performance
• Project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
