Product Analyst

TL;DR

Product Analyst (Business Analytics): Analyze and optimize a global fundraising platform's product performance through data marts, ETL processes, and A/B testing with an accent on actionable insights and data-driven product decisions. Focus on designing and analyzing experiments, building BI reports, and delivering deep-dive analyses to support strategic product improvements.

Location: Remote (CET hours preferred)

Compensation: €4,300 - €5,600 + stock options

What you will do

• Identify key trends in user behavior and develop data-backed product hypotheses.
• Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests to validate ideas and optimize product performance.
• Create and maintain data marts and BI reports visualizing product and operational metrics.
• Perform ad-hoc analytical requests to answer critical business and product questions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data or Product Analyst.
• Strong foundation in mathematical statistics and probability theory.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python with data analysis libraries.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Metabase.
• Strong written English (B2) for clear documentation and communication.
• Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with passion for solving complex problems.
